reading helps me get tired and prepare me to sleep :)

i really appreciate the nice scenery i had
outside my bedroom window :)
the greenery, the breeze, made me relaxed

found that there's always a "lump"
on my tummy in the mornings when I woke up
and it's super hard~

i deem it's bao bei "crouching" and sleeping away
hehee... it's just amazing

another scan today...
had been having pain above the gastric lately
so went for an early scan @ the gyne

i see you again bao bei,
showing us your 小屁屁 hehe...
we might know your gender le :)
let's wait for the detailed scan next mth - 20th
to confirm :)

so still bony bony, not nice~ :)

《 are u dancing/ swimming?... 》

these days i realised, every night after my shower,

宝贝will start dancing/ swimming around :)

你在跳舞还是游泳啊? haha
it's usually on the right side of the tummy.
I will feel baobei beating drum inside
"dok dok dok" and it's very consistent yday
i tink you're hungry ya? hehe... just a small bowl of porridge
not enuff for you last night? so I went to cook some udon
then it stopped beating after I had my "supper"

i still remember the last scan, 你的手脚手舞足蹈，好笑。
好像在跟着着手歌曲 "红彩妹妹" 起舞哈哈。 彩带舞?
so i deem u r dancing inside :)

how you might have been?

Your pregnancy: 15 weeks
(almost there :) )

How your baby's growing:
Your growing baby now measures about 4 inches long (ard 10cm!), crown to rump,
and weighs in at about 2 1/2 ounces (about the size of an apple) (ard 70g) .
She's busy moving amniotic fluid through her nose and upper respiratory tract,
which helps the primitive air sacs in her lungs begin to develop.
Her legs are growing longer than her arms now,
and she can move all of her joints and limbs.
(does this explains why you're drumming inside me? hehe)
Although her eyelids are still fused shut, she can sense light.
If you shine a flashlight at your tummy, (shall try this haa)
for instance, she's likely to move away from the beam.
There's not much for your baby to taste at this point, but she is forming taste buds.
Finally, if you have an ultrasound this week,
you may be able to find out whether your baby's a boy or a girl!
(Don't be too disappointed if it remains a mystery,
though. Nailing down your baby's sex depends on the clarity of the picture
and on your baby's position. He or she may be modestly curled up
or turned in such a way as to "hide the goods.")

How your life's changing:
You've probably gained about 5 pounds by now (a little more or less is fine, too)
(i'm like 2-3 kg heavier liao :p) and are well into the swing of your pregnancy,
but you may still be surprised by an unexpected symptom now and then.
If your nose is stuffed up, for instance, you can probably chalk it up to the
combined effect of hormonal changes and increased blood flow
to your mucous membranes. This condition is so common, there's even a
name for it: "rhinitis of pregnancy." Some pregnant women
also suffer nosebleeds as a result of increased blood volume
and blood vessel expansion in the nose. (touch wood, no pls, only the
toothache loh... :( but the bloating came bck again)

started taking EnfaMama milk powder (Chocolate)
don't really like the taste of milk powder,

but for the sake of BAOBEI!~ hohoo

went visit Ling Ling (Cousin) @ TMC yesterday
(she had to rest in bed and will only be discharged b4 CNY)
and was "scolded" by dad and mum plus her dad and mum
"Cannot drink cold water ah~!" :p
I try not to liao... but ice milo nicer mah haha...
hope everyting will be ok for Ling and her BB...

I dreamt abt her BB being a boy boy before I got preg ha...
not once, but twice!~ and really it's a boy boy wor :)
