1st it's no poo poo for days
then now flu, all bcoz mummy passed it to u :(
she'd went to the PD I think 4 times within less than 2 weeks?
poor thing.. but she still drinking well and v alert ley...
dono why whenever she went into the PD room, she
so happy, smile and smile haha.. mayb coz it's bright
(she like to look @ lights) and cooling
After her full month, she never poo poo for like
4 days~ then went PD
PD told us it's not serious as some babies only
poo once a week or 2!~ wow... then slowly,
it'll "tune" back to normal maybe aft 3 mths...
she inserted medi in her butt then wah, within 2mins
out came her poo... alot wor.. but she said it's not
constipation as it's soft, so ... normal lah...
unless her tummy is bloated and not feeding well
(she's not having any of the symptoms) she still
seem happy and alert haha... PD said coz BB had
absorbed all the nutrients fr the feeding mah
so nothing came out loh...
then the nx few days she poo abit... then stoped again
last Monday... then my parents were like...
"huh how can?! where got BB never poo for 1 week one?!"
I brought THEM to the PD the day before haha... ask her to
explain to them lah.. coz I explain they don't believe~
sooo the day b4, went PD again~ (that was BB's 9th day
without poo-ing ...before that, we tried inserting the medi for her,
but dono how ley... in the end, chey, the medi has melted and we muz
put in fridge lah before inserting... no wonder can't insert)...
then she poo alittle only... PD examined, said still ok... not constipation...
she also said she came across one BB who nv poo for 15 days,
but everything still ok.. she assured my mum that it's ok,
and it's a common thing now... BB will tune the poo
frequency back overtime ...then my parents happy loh haha...
but tey still saying "last time BB where got no poo for so many days one~"
I told them now BB different liao mah haha
then~ today... BB went PD again... coz she'd caught a cold :(
from me loh... sigh... i tink i not enuff slp fr the night feeds
(i'm a light sleeper also, kept waking up)... then I got flu...
yday BB kept sneezing liao... then nose a little blocked, then
rather cranky... but she feeding well wor (PD also surprised she
feeding more than normal haha)... she used to drink 70-80ml...
now, she can drink 90-100 ml liao :) and she finished all hehe
and sometimes she can prolong the next feed to 4-5hrs instead of 2-3
good... happy to see that my baobei is growing well :)
ohhh her weight had gained from 4.6 to 4.8 :) PD said almost 200g
every week :)
Daddy took half day to accompany us to the clinic
just now, as usual, she went in PD's room, on the examination bed,
smile and smile (she can now "tok" and respond with some sound)
then haha she sound like little piggy, with her nose blocked when she
smiled and played... made a few grunting sound mauhaha...
PD was talking to us abt her diagnosis while she happily played
and "laughed" on the bed hahaa... funny scene
she got a little cough and flu...
was prescribed with a nasal spray, a nasal drop and medi for cough.
PD had informed that if we found she's coughing non stop with phlem
and had difficulty breathing, we shld bring her back... tat is dono
what disease where the flu mucus flow to the lung... so I shld
watch out... now then I know bb still can't breath through
the mouth... so we shld use nasal spray to clear her nose
if she'd blocked nose...
weew... I hope all is well for her now...
sorry baobei, mummy dono that u cranky
abt ur flu yday and "scolded" you for not being
"co-operative" and beat ur butt :( bcoz mummy
very tired and hungry... hav to carry u, no time
to eat bfast even...
no wonder she kept waking up, crying...
hope she'll be fine now...
tonight will be her 1st night (a few hrs lah)
without mummy by her side, coz mummy going
out with yi yi to celebrate her birthday~
Ah ma will look after you in the evening till night ok?
Daddy and Mummy will bring u home after we
come back :) I hope the breastmilk I pumped is enuff 4 her :p
